Make a Payment

There are several payment options for your Citadel loan.

You can transfer funds from your Citadel checking or savings account through PC Banking.

You can set up a recurring payment from your checking account or savings account at another institution. If you'd like to establish a recurring payment for your Citadel loan, just call us at 800-666-0191. There is no charge for this service.

If you'd like to pay by credit card, debit card, ATM card or authorized eCheck, you can pay online or through our automated phone system. Our Online Payment Form makes it easy. Here are some things you'll need to know:

• You'll need your Citadel account number and loan number.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards.
• We accept payments up to $4,000.
• You can make a maximum of 5 transactions in any 30 day period.
• Payments will be posted within 24 business hours.
• If you want to pay by eCheck, you'll need the routing and account number from your other institution.
• There is an $8 convenience fee for each transaction.
