To Enroll in Bill Payer:

Sign into PC Banking - If you are already a PC Banking user, just  sign in.  If you are not a current user of PC Banking, simply use our easy self-enrollment form. Click on Bill Payer - Once you have successfully logged into PC Banking, click on the Bill Payer link.  This will take you through the one step enrollment process to start paying your bills immediately!
